Please read the terms of use of the website and the privacy statement, which constitute an agreement between us and you, thoroughly before you surf the website or make any use of its services. The terms of use and the privacy statement will be referred to below as the "terms of use."

Important Information!

The use of the site's services or part of them will constitute your consent to the terms of use.

If you do not agree to the instructions of the terms of use or part of them, do not browse the site and do not use its services in any other way.

Violation of the terms of use and/or violation of any obligation of the surfer from those specified in the terms of use may result in the blocking of access to the site, and this is in addition to any other right that Confederation House has under any law.

The above is an integral part of the terms of use.

Introduction

1. The website is the official website of the Haim Guri Confederation House founded by Kalman Sultnik (hereinafter: "Confederation House"), which is located and operates under a domain name with the address www.confederationhouse.org, or any name of a sub-domain (sub- domain) (hereafter: "the website"), and is owned by HAKEM Ltd. (HAKEM), Company Registration Number 510748734 (hereafter – “HAKEM"). In addition, Confederation House operates content environments within other platforms, such as: Facebook , Instagram and YouTube (hereinafter: "content environments"), and everything stated in these terms of use will apply equally to the use of these content environments and any content that will be presented in them.

2. What is written above and below applies to every surfer on the site.

3. The chapter titles of the terms of use are for convenience only, and should not be considered as binding or as assisting in interpretation.

4. The terms of use apply to any use made on the website, either through the Internet or in any other way. Also, the terms of use apply to the use of the site in any form by means of computers or any other device, including cell phones, PDAs, etc.

5. These terms of use apply to all content displayed on the site, even if it is displayed via a deep link from another site.

6. Confederation House reserves the right to amend and/or subtract and/or add conditions to the terms of use as well as to block or limit, without prior notice, access to the website, at any time. You must check, from time to time, the website, the legal notices that appear on it and the other additional conditions, as they are binding on you.

7. Confederation House will be entitled to determine that the use of the services on the website or part of them involves a fee, as indicated in the body of the website next to each paid service. Various conditions regarding payment, which may appear next to the aforementioned service, are also an integral part of these terms of use.

8. In addition to the definitions appearing elsewhere in the terms of use, the following definitions will apply:

• 8.1 "Surfer"/"surfers": any person who surfs the site, paid or unpaid, either with the approval of the person responsible for the surfer or without his/her approval.

• 8.2 The "responsible": the parents or guardian of a minor or legally incompetent surfer.

• 8.3 "Content" or "Contents": any information of any kind, including any message, verbal, visual, audio, audio-visual content, as well as any combination thereof, as well as their design, processing, editing, distribution and manner of presentation, including (but not limited to): any image, photograph, illustration, animation, diagram, figure, simulation, sample, video, sound file and music file, software, file, computer code, application, format, protocol, database and interface and any character, sign, symbol and a image.

General conditions and content rights

9. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all copyrights and all other intellectual property rights on the website and all materials, contents and information on the website (including, among others, the name of the website, photographs, illustrations, symbols, etc.) are the sole property of Confederation House and/or whoever on its behalf and/or the person who granted it the license to use these materials. The provision of access or use of the website does not grant or transfer to the user or any third party any right of ownership, use, intellectual property right or any other rights. The site is protected by copyright laws and by any law. In the event that you violate the instructions of these terms of use or the conditions appearing on the website, the permission given to you to use the website will expire immediately. All rights are  reserved to Confederation House.

10. Confederation House and/or the entities associated with it, as the case may be, shall be entitled to use the aforementioned software and content and information at their sole and free discretion, in any place and in any manner, without any restriction, and without the need to obtain any approval or pay any consideration, including selling , transfer, copying, modifying, using, displaying and performing publicly and granting secondary licenses to the above content or part of it, subject to the provisions of any law.

11. A surfer who finds that content and/or information and/or a link uploaded to the site violates his/her rights, will notify Confederation House of the violation by contacting service@conhouse.org.il. The surfer's message will include accurate details about the surfer–full name, postal address, email address and phone number, in a way that will allow him to be identified and contacted.

12. Confederation House shall be entitled, at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice, to adjust and/or suspend and/or terminate and/or change and/or limit the services of the website, the information appearing therein, the contents of the website–all or part of them–including access permissions, availability of activities and services, various contents, hours of operation, content, as well as software and/or equipment required for access to the website and its services. Confederation House reserves its right to limit certain activities and/or access to all or some of the site's services, regarding a particular surfer or in general. In any case, Confederation House will not be held responsible for any damages as a result of the aforementioned, even if it anticipated or was able to anticipate these damages.

13. Confederation House may change and/or amend and/or subtract and/or add conditions to the terms of use or part of them at any time, at its sole discretion and without the need for prior notice. The modified and/or corrected terms of use will be published on the website and will be binding from the moment of their publication.

14. Confederation House may offer, at its sole discretion, special activities and content subject to special or different conditions that will be brought to the attention of the surfers or some of them. It is hereby clarified that participation in the activities and/or exposure to the said special content will be considered as consent to the special conditions, which will be detailed as much as possible next to each such special activity.

Declarations and obligations of surfers

15. The user of the website declares and undertakes as follows:

• 15.1. He/she is over the age of 18 and is authorized to enter into this agreement, and if he/she is not yet 18 years old or is legally incompetent, his/her entering into this agreement is done with the consent of the person in charge, and if it is a corporation, it is legally incorporated.

• 15.2. He/she and all users on his/her behalf, will fully comply with these terms of use and/or the provision of any law and/or the instructions of Confederation House, as part of their use of the site, and the surfer will be responsible for the use of the site by any user on his/her behalf.

• 15.3. Any information he/she will provide to Confederation House or any other party for the purpose of registration and/or purchase and/or as required anywhere on the site, including credit card data, and any information published and uploaded by him will be true, accurate, consistent with reality and not misleading.

• 15.4. That he/she will be responsible for any damage caused to the surfer and/or any third party as a result of reliance on the content presented on the site and/or through it, and that he/she knows that Confederation House will not be responsible for any direct and/or indirect, financial or other damage, caused to surfers and/or third parties as a result of using the website and/or relying on the content that appears on it. What is stated in this section shall also apply if Confederation House and/or anyone on its behalf anticipated or could have anticipated the damage in advance.

• 15.5. Because he/she knows that the personal details provided by him/her, insomuch as provided, will be stored in a database, as detailed in the privacy policy below and subject to the provisions of any law.

• 15.6. Because he/she knows that Confederation House does not provide any equipment and/or infrastructure necessary for accessing the Internet and for receiving the website's services, including telephony equipment, modems and Internet access software.

• 15.7. Not to copy and/or "download" and/or distribute and/or sell and/or trade and/or modify and/or process and/or display publicly and/or use the website and/or its content in whole or in part, unless he/she received the express approval of Confederation House in advance and in writing. The surfer declares that he/she is aware that Confederation House may be obligated to pay third parties for his/her violation of this section, and he/she undertakes to indemnify and/or compensate without delay for any amount that Confederation House will be required to pay to such a third party, including legal expenses and fees to attorneys incurred upon Confederation House because of this. Also, the surfer agrees in advance that in the event of a violation of this section by him, Confederation House will be entitled to receive identifying information about him from any Internet provider and any other party.

• 15.8. Without deviating from what is stated in section 15.7, any "downloading" and/or copying and/or any other use, to the extent that it is approved by Confederation House, shall be accompanied by a note that this is done with the approval of Confederation House and that all rights are reserved to Confederation House.

• 15.9. Not to use the website's services and/or the content that appears on it outside of the website's framework and/or according to these terms of use and/or according to law and not to use the website's services for profit or commercial purposes.

• 15.10. To immediately compensate and/or indemnify Confederation House and/or any party whose contents are included on the website as well as any licensee and/or owner of other rights on the website for any damage caused to them due to the violation of the terms of use. If a legal claim and/or any other procedure is filed against Confederation House in connection with the violation of the terms of use by a surfer, Confederation House reserves the right to manage the defense itself in the procedures that will be taken against it, and the surfer undertakes to cooperate with Confederation House in any such legal proceeding.

Advertising content and newsletter receiving service

16. Confederation House will be entitled, but not obligated, to send users publications, updates, innovations, etc. (collectively: "marketing mailings") from time to time, among other things through e-mail messages, SMS or any other acceptable form of communication and information transmission, subject to receiving the recipient's consent, in accordance with what is stated in section 30a of the Communications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasting), 1982.

17. In addition, any surfer over the age of 18 (including companies and corporations) will be allowed to register for the service of receiving newsletters (mailings) from Confederation House–mailings that will be sent from time to time by Confederation House and will include information, updates and various publications regarding the events, shows and special projects of Confederation House (hereinafter: "the service"). Joining the service is free.

18. A surfer who joins the service accepts all these terms of use and undertakes to act according to them.

19. By registering for the service from the website of Confederation House, the surfer gives his/her consent to these terms of use, including the use of his/her details and their inclusion in a database as detailed in this document.

20. By joining the mailing service from Confederation House website, the user agrees that Confederation House will be entitled, subject to all laws, to transfer his/her details to other entities for the purpose of adjusting and improving the service conditions, and on the condition that the third party to which the details will be transferred will not use them beyond what is permitted by law, will maintain their confidentiality and will not transfer them to any other body without the consent of Confederation House and that the privacy of the users will not be harmed. The user agrees to the aforementioned use of the information and confirms that its use will not be considered a violation of the user's privacy and will not entitle him to any remedy and/or compensation. The user may revoke this consent by giving written notice of this to the address: service@conhouse.org.il. In the event of cancellation of the user's consent as stated here, Confederation House may, at its discretion, cancel the registration for the service.

21. Any user of the service will be entitled to cancel his/her registration to the service at any time, by clicking on the "remove" link that appears at the bottom of each of the newsletters sent by Confederation House or by sending a request to the address: service@conhouse.org.il.

22. Confederation House may refuse a person's joining the mailing service, in accordance with its discretion and without being obliged to give reasons for its refusal.

23. The user of the service will be responsible for reporting to Confederation House about changes that will apply to his/her personal information, in order to enable continuous and proper contact with him. Confederation House will not be responsible for the user not receiving the service due to the user's failure to update his/her personal information.

24. Confederation House will be entitled to decide at any time to terminate the service.

Notification and removal procedure

25. If contents and/or works that you own and in your opinion violate your intellectual property rights, including your copyrights and/or violate your privacy and/or are offensive and/or inappropriate and/or constitute libel and/or contain pornography, are displayed on the website, you are invited to contact us with a request to remove them (to the following email address: service@conhouse.org.il, or through the "Contact" form on the website), referring precisely to the infringing content, detailing your claims and attaching a reference to it as such, as well as providing contact details, including email, name and identifying information. If the content is found to be infringing, it will be removed as soon as possible and you will be notified by e-mail about it. As stated above, since we do not undertake to monitor the content uploaded to the site by the users, we will not be able to know that infringing content is published in them without you contacting us. We will not be responsible for infringing content as stated in this section.

26. Without derogating from the above, Confederation House may, at any time and at its sole discretion, whether or not it has received a demand for it, remove and/or delete and/or change any content, information or link uploaded to the website and/or refuse to enter or load it to the site, and this without having to justify this decision. Also, Confederation House may cancel a user's registration on the website and/or block his/her access to the website and/or prevent a certain user from publishing additional content on the website, at its sole discretion.

Purchase of tickets through the website

27. The website offers the possibility of online purchase of the tickets for shows and/or events of Confederation House. The site provides an easy and convenient online platform that is operated by Eventer Technologies Ltd., Company Registration Number 515192730 ("Card Company") and is responsible for everything related to the operation of the sales system on the site (reception of orders, clearing, billing, shipping and everything related to this). A surfer who chooses to purchase tickets online will be subject to the ticket purchase regulations and will be asked to confirm his/her agreement to the ticket purchase regulations when making the purchase.

28. Ticket purchases will be possible on the website by any surfer, provided that he/she has reached 18 years of age.

29. These purchases will involve providing details as required in order to make the purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, all the details that the surfer will be required to provide when ordering the ticket, will go directly to the ticket company, and Confederation House does not bear any responsibility for the use that will be made by the ticket company of this data. The user knows and agrees that Confederation House's privacy statement published on the website does not apply to the card company and it is possible that the card company will use the details transferred to it, not in accordance with Confederation House's privacy statement.

30. The surfer undertakes to provide, when ordering a ticket, all the details required for this fully and accurately. Without detracting from any other remedy available to Confederation House according to this agreement or according to any law for providing inaccurate and/or incomplete details, if the surfer provided incomplete and/or inaccurate details, Confederation House will not be responsible for any malfunction in ordering the tickets and/or in delivering them to the surfer.

31. The purchase of tickets is conditional on the existence of free places for the event.

32. When ordering tickets, the buyer will provide the details of the payment method, the owner of the payment method and contact information for the owner of the payment method as requested (hereinafter: "Payment Details").

33. Tickets are purchased by credit card.

34. Payment can be made using a Visa, Isracard and Master Card credit cards as well as other payment methods as these will be published on the website from time to time.

35. You undertake to use the means of payment according to law, and in accordance with the instructions of the owner of the payment means, and/or the issuer of the payment means.

36. The buyer will fill in the payment details and confirm his/her order. The ticket is sold at the same time without the need for further approval.

37. After completing the ordering process, a purchase confirmation will be sent to an e-mail address and/or SMS to the number entered by the purchaser when ordering the tickets (hereinafter: "Purchase Confirmation").

38. The website management reserves the right not to approve the purchase of the tickets by the buyers in any case where:

• 38.1. No authorization was given to make the payment for the tickets using the means of payment provided by the buyer;

• 38.2. In any case where there are no free places left for the event;

• 38.3. In any case where the buyer does not comply with the conditions or rules of use of the site; or according to any other law in force at the place of the event;

• 38.4. If the website management believes that one of the parties to the transaction will not fulfill its obligations;

• 38.5. The website management reserves the right not to approve tickets due to the seller's refusal to approve the sale of tickets at his/her sole discretion.

• The buyer undertakes to bear all the payments imposed on him according to the price shown on the website.

 

Canceling the purchase

1. The purchase can be canceled according to the provisions of Section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 (1981).

1. It should be noted that the tickets sold on the site may be considered "entertainment services" within the meaning of Section 14 c(d)(2) of the Consumer Protection Law, which states that transactions cannot be canceled if the date of the event falls within 7 working days from the date of making the transaction. In other words: it is not possible to cancel a transaction for the purchase of entertainment services when you purchased the tickets 7 business days or less, before the event.

2. In the event of cancellation of a purchase by the purchaser not in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, Confederation House will not be obligated to return any amount collected by it, and refunds will be made in exceptional cases only, and at the sole discretion of Confederation House.

3. A cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100, whichever is lower, will be charged when the credit is issued.

 

Event changes and cancellations

4. Confederation House will be entitled, for its own reasons, to change the place of the event, its date, etc. If so, it will notify the buyer via the email provided in the registration, and the buyer will be entitled to apply for the cancellation of the tickets he/she purchased and to receive a refund.

5. Confederation House will be entitled to cancel the event for any reason, subject to the return of the funds to the purchasers.

 

Confederation House policy regarding event content and dates, ticket collection and entry to events

6. For free events:

• 46.1. The pre-ordered tickets will be kept for the person ordering at the Confederation House box office, up to 5 minutes before the start of the event. If the customer does not pick up the tickets up to 5 minutes before the start of the event, the tickets will be returned to the box office.

7. For paid events:

• 47.1. The reserved places will not be reserved for the inviter after the start of the event.

8. For all events (both free and paid):

• 48.1. Entry to the event will not be allowed after 20 minutes from the start of the event. Notwithstanding what is stated in this section, the event manager may decide in certain cases at his/her sole discretion that entry to the event will not be possible even immediately after the start of the event and in certain other cases, to allow entry to the event even after 20 minutes from the start of the event.

• 48.2. Confederation House reserves the right to make changes to its content of any kind at any time (including content, date, time, location, length of performance, artists and/or actors appearing, etc.) without prior notice to the surfer and without the surfer being entitled to compensation or relief, with the exception of refunding the payment for the tickets if one or more of the following conditions are met:

• 48.2.1. The date of the event has changed or the event has been cancelled.

• 48.2.2. The start time of the event has changed in a period of time that exceeds 30 minutes

• 48.2.3. A central figure among the participants of the event was replaced.

9. In addition to what is stated in this agreement, the conditions detailed on the website regarding the specific event will apply to ticket purchases.

10. Confederation House reserves the right to decide when and in what manner and/or by what means (telephone sales only, sales on the website only, sales at the frontal ticket offices of the Confederation House building only), or a combination thereof, the tickets for a particular event will be sold.

Limitation of Liability

11. The website services are provided as they are (AS IS). Confederation House does not commit and will not be responsible towards the website surfers with regard to the quality of the services and/or the content on the website and/or the availability of the services therein. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that Confederation House takes steps to secure the site and to preserve the privacy of the surfers, in accordance with the site privacy statement as will be published on the site from time to time, but will not be responsible for any breach, malfunction or other defect in security, whatever the cause, and the use of the site and its services are done at the sole responsibility of the surfers.

12. The user is aware that some of the services on the website will be provided by other parties on behalf of Confederation House. Insofar as this is stated on the website, Confederation House will not bear any responsibility for the activity of those other parties.

13. Without deviating from what is stated in these terms of use, Confederation House will not bear responsibility in relation to the content that will be published on the website and/or in relation to the services and/or products and/or deals offered by third parties, including the content of ads, coupons and commercial information of any kind that appear on the website, if and as they appear, or for any result and/or damage due to their publication and/or reliance on them and/or use of them. Anyone who communicates with any party following publications made on the website, does so at his/her own risk, and Confederation House will not bear any responsibility for this, even if it knew or should have known about the aforementioned expected damage and/or result.

14. Publishing ads and/or coupons and/or promotions on the website does not constitute a recommendation or encouragement on the part of Confederation House to purchase the services and/or products offered therein, and the terms of any transaction that will be carried out as a result of an ad, coupon, promotion or any other information published on the website will be agreed upon directly between the surfers and the advertiser and/or supplier concerned and at their sole responsibility. It is clarified that Confederation House has not checked the contents published by a third party on the site, and is not responsible for what is said in them. For the avoidance of doubt, Confederation House is not and will not be a party to any such transaction. Surfers and subscribers hereby fully and irrevocably waive any claim and/or claim against Confederation House in relation to such information, publications and content.

15. The website may contain links to other websites, Israeli or foreign (hereinafter –"other websites"). Confederation House is not responsible for these websites, their content or the services offered on them. Confederation House is not responsible for the services on other websites and/or for any damage caused by them, including harm to the surfer's feelings. Confederation House is not responsible for the services and/or products that are purchased and/or can be purchased on other websites and/or for the security of the information and/or the manner in which the surfer's information is used on other websites. The presence of links to other websites on the Confederation House website does not constitute a recommendation to visit any of them, unless this is explicitly stated. Confederation House declares that no steps were taken on its behalf to check the correctness or reliability of the content contained in the above-mentioned other websites, or the services and/or products offered through such websites, or their suitability for one or another surfers. Confederation House recommends that you carefully check any other website before browsing it and/or taking part in the activities offered on it, and in any case - anyone who enters another website via a link from the website does so at their own risk.

16. Confederation House will not bear any responsibility for interruptions, malfunctions, response times, viruses or any other factor that may interfere with or damage the site's services and/or cause any damage to the site's users.

17. Confederation House will not bear any responsibility for damages caused to the computer system and/or infrastructure of the surfer and/or subscriber, loss of information, or any other damage resulting from use of the website, including due to downloading information and/or software through the website services.

Violation of this Agreement

18. Without detracting from any other remedy available to Confederation House according to this agreement and/or according to any law, Confederation House shall be entitled to take any action in order to prevent the violation of the agreement and/or repeated violation of the agreement, including blocking and/or disconnecting a user and/or restricting access to the website and/or any other action that will allow preventing the violation of the agreement and/or reducing damage caused by the violation that has already been committed.

19. In the event of a violation of the terms of this agreement, the surfer waives his/her rights according to the Privacy Protection Law and/or according to any applicable law whose purpose is to protect his/her privacy and hereby agrees in advance that Confederation House will be entitled to receive his/her identifying information from any party, including internet providers .

20. The surfer shall compensate and/or indemnify Confederation House and/or anyone on its behalf for any damage they incur due to the violation of the terms of use.

Various

21. Only Confederation House will be entitled to assign, transfer, or encumber its rights (including its right to receive payment from the surfers) and/or its obligations according to these terms of use, including all or part of the privacy statement, to any third party of its choice, without the surfer's approval or advance notification, provided the surfer's rights will not be harmed.

22. The terms of use and any dispute arising from or related to the use of the website and/or the content appearing on it shall be governed by Israeli law only and the jurisdiction in all matters related to it and/or arising from it is granted to the competent court in the State of Israel, in the district of Jerusalem, only.

23. The terms of use, which as mentioned constitute a binding agreement between Confederation House and the surfer, exhaust the agreements between the parties and replace any representation and/or commitment and/or agreement previously given in writing and/or orally by any of the parties. No waiver, discount, avoidance or delay by Confederation House in exercising its rights under this agreement shall be construed as a waiver or prevention unless made in writing.

24. The services and products offered on the site are offered to every surfer under the same conditions. Terms of use may appear on the website translated into other languages. A translation of these terms of use that appears on the website was made in order to correctly reflect the meaning of the terms of use instructions, but to the extent that there is a contradiction between the terms of use in Hebrew and their translation into another language, the Hebrew version will be the decisive version.

25. Confederation House will be entitled to send various messages to the surfer and/or subscriber in one of the following ways:

• 65.1. Through a message in the general information window on the website.

• 65.2. By email to the surfer's email address as provided by him.

26. Every user may send messages to Confederation House via email to the address: service@conhouse.org.il. All messages sent to the website will be considered as having been received on the next business day after the date on which they were actually received. In the case of messages sent through the website, these will be considered as having been delivered at the time the website services were first used after the message was sent.

Privacy statement

This privacy statement together with the terms of use of the website constitute an agreement between the user and Confederation House, and therefore–it and the terms of use must be read carefully before using the website.

Confederation House attaches great importance to maintaining the privacy of the surfers and users of the website and does its best to protect it. 

Providing personal and other details

1. "Personal information" means any information by which the user can reasonably be identified and/or information protected according to the Privacy Protection Law.

 

2. Providing any information on the part of a surfer on the website is not mandatory and is not a prerequisite for browsing and using most of the services on the website, but it will be required to provide certain details in order to receive certain services (for example, purchasing tickets), as will be defined by Confederation House from time to time, in order to protect the rights of Confederation House and enable the provision of these services as well as for the purpose of joining Confederation House subscribers' club. If you do not wish to provide these details, do not use the said service.

 

3. Information about a surfer will not appear on the site except with the surfer's consent.

 

4. The information and personal data provided by the user of the website will be stored in a database owned by Confederation House named "Confederation House Subscriber Database" ("Database").

The surfer declares that the delivery of the information by him/her as well as his/her consent to this privacy policy also constitutes consent to the storage of the information in the database.

The surfer declares and confirms that any information he/she entered and/or collected on the site and did not ask to be removed is information he/she gave to Confederation House voluntarily and with his/her consent. The surfer has no legal obligation to provide the information and it depends on his/her free will and consent.

The use of the information collected and stored in the database will be done only in accordance with this privacy notice and/or according to the provisions of any law, for the following purposes: sending updates about what is happening at Confederation House (direct mail); providing access to special sections on the website of Confederation House which are closed to the general public; Statistical analysis of customer preferences and service optimization; Streamlined ticket sales.

The surfer may request to be deleted from the mailing list and/or the database subject to the provisions of any law, by clicking on the "remove" link that appears at the bottom of each of the newsletters or by sending a request to the address: service@conhouse.org.il or in response to direct mail sent to him. In the case of a request to be deleted as mentioned, Confederation House may, at its discretion, cancel the surfer's registration for the service from Confederation House services, including removing him from the subscribers' club.

Providing information to third parties

5. The surfer's personal information will not be given to any party, except in the following cases:

• 5.1. To the extent necessary for the proper delivery of the services of Confederation House and/or the site, the management and control of the site, responding to the surfer's requests, providing support and customer service, etc., Confederation House may allow access to the personal details of the surfer, all or part of them, to its agents, its contractors, business partners or other service providers if necessary. Confederation House will limit access to such information to information that these third parties reasonably need in order to carry out the purposes for which it contracted with them, and it will require these third parties to keep the surfer's personal information confidential and comply with the relevant terms of the privacy legislation, including adequate protection of his/her personal details. • 5.2. If the surfer violates the terms of the binding documents, or part of them, or if he/she performs through the website, or in connection with it, actions deemed by Confederation House to be against the law or an attempt to perform such actions;

• 5.3. If Confederation House receives a judicial order instructing it to hand over the surfer's details or the information about him to a third party;

• 5.4. If an authorized party demands this and after Confederation House has examined and found that this demand is reasonable and justified. In any case, Confederation House will only provide the minimum information required.
