Information reduction
We will only provide the necessary information to third parties.

6. Right to data portability - to receive the information you provided in a structured, machine-readable format and transfer it to another party.

7. Information Security
The company implements advanced information security procedures, including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and data backup, in accordance with industry-accepted standards.
However, it is clarified that we cannot guaranty absolute immunity from unauthorized access or data leakage, and our liability is limited to cases where we have been directly negligent.

8. Use of services by minors
The services are not intended for minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. If we become aware of the collection of information from minors in violation of the instructions, we will act to delete it immediately.

9. Use of Cookies and Monitoring Tools
We use cookies for:
• Operation and proper functioning of the services on the site;

• Targeted marketing (Remarketing).

11. Jurisdiction and Competence
This policy will be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction regarding this policy and the use of services is vested in the competent courts in the Haifa district.
