The Confederation House operates content environments within other platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and additional media pages (hereinafter: "Content Environments"), and all the provisions of this Privacy Policy shall apply equally to the use of these Content Environments.
This privacy policy ("the Policy") is intended to clarify how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use the services we provide, and how you can exercise your rights in accordance with applicable law, and in particular the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 ("the Law") and its regulations, including Amendment 13 to the Law.
Your use of the services constitutes agreement to this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you are requested not to use the services.
Confederation House places great importance on protecting the privacy of website visitors and users and does its best to safeguard it.
Provision of personal and other details
1. "Personal information" means any information that can reasonably identify the user and/or information protected by the Privacy Protection Law.
2. Providing any information by a website user is not mandatory and is not a prerequisite for browsing and using most of the website's services, but certain details such as identification information (name and ID number), contact information (email, address, phone), and payment information (credit card details) will be required for receiving certain services (e.g., purchasing tickets), as defined by Confederation House from time to time, in order to protect the rights of Confederation House and enable the provision of these services, as well as for joining the Confederation House subscriber club
If you do not wish to provide this information, do not use such services.
3. Information about a surfer will not appear on the website unless the surfer agrees.
4. The personal information and data provided by the user on the website will be stored in a database owned by Confederation House called "Confederation House Subscribers Database" ("the Database").
5. The surfers declare that the provision of information by them, as well as their agreement to this privacy policy, also constitutes consent to the storage of the information in the database.
6. The user declares and confirms that all information entered and/or collected about them on the website that they did not request to be removed is information that they provided to Confederation House voluntarily and with their consent. The surfer is not legally obligated to provide the information, and it is dependent on his/her free will and consent. However, if he/she does not provide certain details to Confederation House, Confederation House may be unable to provide them with certain services.
The information collected during the use of the website
Information you actively provide:
1. Identification and Contact Details (Name, ID , telephone, email, address);
2. Means of payment (subject to the provisions of the law and their secure storage only with authorized clearing providers);
3. Any other content you submit as part of customer service inquiries, forms, chat, or other platforms.
The website offers the option to purchase tickets, requiring contact details and credit card information for the purchase. Payment processing services are provided by an external company, and all matters related to this are the sole responsibility of that company.

1. For internal purposes only, we collect the date, time, browser type, operating system type, IP address of website visitors, the address of the page visited, and the referring page address.
2. Additionally, we may collect and utilize the services of any third parties to gather, analyze, and/or combine information from various sources, which by its nature is anonymous, statistical, or aggregate, including information regarding your details and activity on the website, browsing and viewing habits on the website, demographic information, and the like.
3. This information is stored for system administration purposes, load balancing on the website server, generating statistical reports, and locating user details in life-threatening situations. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information on the Confederate House servers.

Objectives of data collection
The use of information collected and stored in the database will be made only in accordance with this privacy policy and/or in accordance with the provisions of any law, and for the following purposes:
A. Sending advertising content and updates about what's happening at Confederation House, subject to section 30a of the Communications Law (Bezek and Broadcasting), 1982.
B. Granting access to special sections of the Confederate House website that are closed to the general public;
C. Fulfilling contractual obligations for the provision of services according to the terms of the agreement (such as providing ticket sales services).
D. Information security, fraud prevention, and maintaining the integrity of services;
E. Statistical analysis of customer preferences and service optimization;
F. Compliance with legal obligations and reporting to the authorities.
The user may request removal from the mailing list and/or from the database subject to the provisions of any law, by pressing the “removal” button that appears at the bottom of each of the newsletters (for removal from the mailing list) or by sending a request to shivuk@conhouse.org.il or by responding to a mailing sent to him/her. In the event of a request to be removed from the aforementioned database, Confederation House may, at its discretion, cancel the user's registration for a service from Confederation House services, including their removal from the subscriber club.
Disclosure of information to third parties
The user's personal information will not be disclosed to any third party, except in the following cases:
A. As necessary for the proper provision of Confederation House and/or site services, site management and control, responding to user requests, providing support and customer service, and the like, Confederation House may allow access to the user's personal details, in whole or in part, to its agents, contractors, business partners, or other service providers as needed. Confederation House will limit access to such information to that which is reasonably necessary for these third parties to fulfill the purposes for which they were contracted, and it will require these third parties to maintain the confidentiality of the user's personal details and comply with relevant legal requirements, including the proper protection of their personal details. These third parties will only be able to use the personal details for the purpose of providing their services to Confederation House and will not be permitted to use them for any other purpose. These third parties include, among others, Eventer Technologies Ltd. Company Registration Number 515192730, which provides online ticket sales services and IT providers (such as cloud service providers and support service providers).
B. If the surfer violates the terms of the binding documents, or any part thereof, or if they perform thru the website, or in connection with it, actions that Confederation Court deems contrary to law or an attempt to perform such actions;
C. If Confederation Court receives a judicial order instructing it to provide the surfer's details or information about them to a third party;
D. If a competent authority requests it, and after Confederation House has examined and found that this request is reasonable and justified. In any case, Confederation House will only provide the minimum required information.
E. In any dispute, claim, demand, or legal proceedings, if any, between the user and Confederation House;
F. In any case where Confederation House deems the disclosure of information necessary to prevent serious harm to the user's body or property, or to the body or property of a third party;
If Confederation House requests to share the user's information with any entity in a manner that exceeds the above, it will contact the user beforehand and give them the option to remove their information from the database, unless the user has already given their consent for such use previously.
Your rights as a "data subject"
According to the law, you have the following rights:
A. Right of access - to receive from us a copy of the personal information held about you;
B. Right to rectification - to request an update or correction of information that is incorrect or incomplete;
C. Right to be forgotten - to request the deletion of information that is no longer needed;

Changes to the Privacy Policy
Confederation House may change the provisions of this privacy policy from time to time (the date of the last update to this privacy policy is as stated at the top of this document), and therefore we recommend that you update yourself on the privacy policy from time to time.

Substantial changes will take effect fourteen (14) days after the notice is delivered.
