1 3 הופעת מחול-פרפורמנס העוסקת במפגש בין התרבויות שמשני צדי הים האדום – האתיופית והתימנית. המופע מפגיש בין סמרט היילו ואביתר סעיד, שני יוצרים החוקרים את השונה והדומה שבמחול התימני ובמחול האמהרי, ונוגעים בשאלות של טקסיות, מסורת, היחס למרחק וקירבה, מגדר ועוד. דרך העיניים והגוף של סמרט ואביתר ניחשף ליקומים המרתקים של שני עולמות מחול שונים זה מזה, אך עם זאת בעלי דמיון מפתיע. The performance brings together Samrat Haylu and Evyatar Said, two artists examining the similarities and differences between Yemenite and Amharic dance, and touching upon questions of ritual, tradition, relation to distance and proximity, gender and more.
